   All services provided by BragaHost.com must be use for your personal or company purpose only. Never use our services to sell any other copyrighted work without permission from the licensor. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting. Please email us at abuse@bragahost.com if you believe your copyright work or your trademark used without permission with the information required. For licensing issue, we may require documentations or any other supported prove. Please don't use our services for any illegal activities including pirated software, warez, bot IRC, mp3 distribution, File .exe, proxy services, server irc, video/audio streaming.
   
   
3. Bandwidht Usage
   You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. IF your account pass the allocated amount we will notify you to purchase more bandwidth or upgrade your account with an additional fee, if no response in 24 hours we will terminate or suspend your account.
   
   
4. Pricing
   We reserve the right to change prices listed on bragahost.com, and the right to change any features on any plans at any time.
   
   
5. Payment, Calcention, and Refund
   You are agree to pay us in advance of the time periode that will billed on a recurring basis. Canceltion must be done via e-mail to support@bragahost.com, and at least 30 days since your registration date (30 days money back guarantee). When we receive your canceltion email, we will inform you that your account has been canceled. And your money will be refunded within 24 hours.
   
   
6. Change to the TOS

7. Disclaimer and enclosure to law enforcement
   We take no responsible for any damages your business may suffer. If needed we will cooperate with any law agencies for lawful request.
   We may monitor your service usage, and use this information as required by any law, regulation or compulsory process or requirement. We also reserve the right to develop consumer research databases based on your use of the service.
